Colvos Passage

This waterfront home design was inspired by the view and shape of the property. Each individual living space is turned to be positioned parallel to the beach-line, creating private and unique views from each room. The home uses a wide variety of sustainable materials, including solar energy and water. Soaring ceiling heights along with lowered ceiling panels provide grand volume while keeping the space intimate. Entering the home is a multi-layered experience. First one enters a beautiful Japanese inspired garden space and walkway. Then through the front door you enter a breezeway like entry with glass on both sides, bridging both sections of the home. The spectacular view is revealed in all its glory immediately upon entering.
