David Hopkins has been building and designing iconic homes for more than 25 years. His unique talent to see possibilities beyond the walls has allowed him to create breath-taking spaces that are both artful and welcoming.
Although he wanted to be an artist, David stumbled into construction as a way to provide for his family. A restoration project of a 26-room dilapidated home led to the discovery of a new talent and passion — architectural design. Largely self-taught, he pushed himself to explore his gift and to create a successful new career.
David’s philosophy is centered around an introspective journey that he takes with his clients. Inspired by their personal experiences and his own travels, he challenges his clients’ assumption in a constant drive to push the design envelope. His authentic designs helped develop his reputation as a visionary designer.

Dawn Larson discovered her flair for design and art when she was 10 years old — she started by painting and by moving around furniture in her home. After graduating from technical design school, she specialized in kitchen/bath and whole-house remodeling for a decade before joining forces with David Hopkins to offer design/build services.
Dawn is passionate about creating spaces that make people feel comfortable and inspired at the same time — spaces that are colorful and evoke positive emotions. She uses balance, scale and color to create eclectic designs that are influenced by nature, art and the clients’ personality and lifestyle.
